Sony is preparing two new cameras DSC-W610 & DSC-W630

Apparently, the upcoming mid-January 2012 CES show, Sony, along with other developments and is able to demonstrate two new compact cameras are a family of Cyber-shot, details of which appeared on the Chinese version of the site SonyStyle. New items under the name DSC-W630 and DSC-W610 made a very nice design with branding Sony.

Moreover, model DSC-W630, probably will replace the modification of W570 and become the owner of CCD sensor with a resolution of 16.1 megapixels and wide-angle 25mm lens with 5x zoom function, plus shooting high definition video as 720p. A distinctive feature of the new items can be included 2GB of memory, allowing users to begin the process of shooting immediately after purchasing the camera.

With regard to models DSC-W610, which will replace the W510, it will offer its customers more than simple functionality, including a 14.1-megapixel CCD sensor and a 26mm lens with 4x optical zoom, but like the older versions must be on board 2 GB of memory. Interestingly, the Chinese division of Sony has already evaluated the compact camera DSC-W630 and DSC-W610, which cost in the local market will be, respectively, $ 206 and $ 166 in equivalent, and their delivery can be started shortly after CES 2012
